My employment with First Light has been life changing. They take the extra mile to make sure clients are happy. And as for the caregivers they care about us as well. Taking us to meet clients. Not just sending us blind folded. Taking time to make sure we are a good match. The staff is awesome and available 24 hours. Always there if we need something. They stink they quit on me said there was smoker in house only downstairs they don't. Care about the people they are there to take care of i have not been able to get food in house for 2 weeks had to wait until my husband was if for weekend
