Dr. Little and his staff are AMAZING! I have been treated with care, respect, compassion and understanding. I have Never felt more respected and valued by a doctor EVER! I tore my meniscus and every person on staff and Dr. Little did everything they could to help me. Dr. Little personally saw to my care and coordination with tests and surgery. I HIGHLY recommend everyone at this office. You won’t ever feel like a number or dollar sign. They genuinely care about you as a patient and human!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I saw Dr. Barrett Little (OrthoCarolina) initially for a knee issue, which MRI showed I needed a Total Knee replacement. Dr. Little advised that only I would know when that time was right to move forward with TKR. A few weeks later, I made the call to schedule surgery, which was done on Feb 23, 2023. He advised me to give it one year as every person is different when it comes to knee replacement ( I am a 68 year old male). Surgery went fine, they had me up and walking within 2 hours post-surgery. Fast forward 3 weeks into recovery and I was walking unassisted without a walker or cane (I was diligent in doing my strengthening exercises daily and going to scheduled PT). At 6 weeks, I felt strong enough to go about my daily activities as usual, embarked on a project which required going up and down my ladder. Tomorrow marks 8 weeks post-surgery and I was released today during my check-up. Dr. Little’s bedside manners and explanations of what to expect left nothing to the imagination, he was thorough, complete with explanations and answered any questions I had. Suffice it to say, I would highly recommend Dr. Little!

My knee was bone on bone when I decided to agree with Dr. Little's prognosis that I needed knee replacement. (I tried an alternative procedure outside of his office, that did not work.) I had my knee replacement surgery on 2/28/23 and my knee is healing much quicker than I was expecting. Last week I got off pain meds so I could drive. I have been following the PT that Dr. Little set up for me. My therapist said she doesn't think I will need all the sessions they have scheduled for me because of my progress. Obviously Dr. Little knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Little and his staff.
