Dr. Smith's "office" is disorganized and unresponsive. Followup is almost non-existent. Not a good choice if you want to have a long-term relationship and consistent care from a doctor who cares about your well-being.

With all sincerity I can say Dr.Smith has been the most through, helpful, informative, knowledgeable cardiologist I have received care from and is a great asset to Caldwell County. He has been a blessing to myself and family.

Could someone please tell me where he is?? He disappeared!! I can't get a hold of him to get my results . You can't reach him over the phone. Clinic is closed. NO ONE knows when he will be back. WTH!! Never experienced that before. I will have to report him to state department of health services.

Always explained clearly so I could understand him. Also very educated and up to date with the new treatments. Very very nice

on 6-6-2016 I spent over two hours in his office once I got in the exam room it took him thirty min. to come in the room to see me then he had the nurse to draw some blood to be sent to lab for test then about one and half months I get a call about my lab test and said the nurse use the wrong tube and the lab co not run test the doctor order
