So very upsetting. They make you wait 3 months for an appointment, then THEY cancel it last minute and don't offer any help in booking a new one close to your date. They make you wait ANOTHER 5 MONTHS just to be seen. The front desk help line could not care less about losing business. So sad, plenty of other practices in the area.

Dr. Slisz was great. Easy to talk to, great listener, and truly seems to care about my concerns. The staff in office also seems to be really nice. My issue is not with her, it’s with the staff after my appointment and lack of communication. I’ve had to call MULTIPLE times and follow up when I’ve been told that I will receive a call back. I’ve been waiting now for over a week for a PA only to call today and find out that it hasn’t even been sent in yet. This is, BY FAR, the worst office that I’ve ever had to deal with over the phone to get information from.

I’ve been waiting for a good female doctor - not only in this practice - but in this area. My requirements for a doctor are high and the fact that she met them all (including being attentive and personable) and knowing that she was a female, made choosing to see her as my doctor the right choice for me. The reason why I wanted to female doctor in this practice is so that I can stay where my husband has his doctor. It just makes things easier. Having said this, my husband sees Dr. Hatcher with whom he is very happy. Looking for a good doctor is like looking for a needle in a haystack here. There are lots of doctors but not necessarily a “doctor’s doctor” if you will. For me, information is power and I’m always seeking knowledge. When I find a doctor that is that way, then that’s the right doctor for me. I can take no shortcuts with my heath and I always demand the best. Look no further than Dr. Inna Slisz. She is good.
