I have been going to D &R for years , I have never got disrespected in those years till today . I was put on anesthesia and was getting dizzy .The lady that was attending me raised her voice because I didn’t answer her question she was expecting me to be okay after getting anesthesia , if im not wrong ,getting anesthesia has some side affects I think she could be more professional about it , I did not get her name but will not recommend her .

I’ve been coming here for 8+ years and have had great experience. From Dr. January, Dr. Dominguez, BJ, and Claudia, my favorite ❤️But it always seemed like the receptionist are the horrible ones to make you not even want to call and schedule an appointment. I don’t even know who she is but I called to try and make appointment and was speaking with Evette. Very unprofessional, impatient, and not friendly, just plain rude. The entire back of the house staff treat you like family, but you have to get through those impolite receptionist to get to the nicer guys. Please train her on how to be professional and how to keep your long time patients coming. I would have given a 5 ⭐️ but I wasn’t pleased with Evette, so I gave a 4 ⭐️

I love my dental crew here!! They are always super nice and not only do I smile but most times I laugh alot! How many dentists can you go to and say that?? Plus excellent service from a caring staff!! I love these guys!

I have been going to D & R for over 7 years. They have always greeted me with care and kindness. The staff there do an awesome job with my treatments and recommendations. I recommend all my friends and family to D & R Family Dentistry!

Don’t go to this Dentist if you have legitimate pain. My 14 daughter was in the worst pain I’ve ever seen her in and couldn’t have the root canal for 5 days due to weekend and other Drs schedule. Dr Dominguez wouldn’t do anything for her. Zero stars if possible. Feeling helpless as she suffers.

I will not recommend this place to anyone who is in pain and need an extraction they dont want to do that , they care more for the money not the patience

+++Loved the facility, the hygienists and the dentist. All extremely professional, friendly and helpful! ---It did take over 20 minutes on the phone to book the appointments however; maybe the receptionist is very new to the office?
