Dr. Rao is wonderful. She made my experience prior to and during surgery so calm and positive. She has such an intelligent and empathetic demeanor and she truly focused on every question or concern I had. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!

I recently visited Dr. Rao for my excruciating Ear pain and was very impressed with her care. She was very thorough in her examination and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options. She was also very patient and answered all of my questions. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Rao to anyone in need of an ENT doctor

Disappointed with this practice. My family member's surgery was canceled because necessary clinical info was not provided to the insurance provider. What if it was your family member? Would you want this type of care? Where is the service recovery?

Dr Rao is amazing! From the first moment I saw her she was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable in what she was explaining to me! She has an excellent bedside manner also! I would recommend her to anyone especially my family members!! I was very pleased that she answered all of my questions I had regarding my broken nose! I would never go to anyone else! If I ever wanted work done ie; botox or wrinkles, I would definitely come back to her! Dr Rao is an extremely beautiful women both in and out! Thank you so much Dr Rao!!
