He induced me with my first, delivered my other two and performed a DNC after a miscarriage. He was my favorite for my first and got angry at another doctor for not giving me all the info. He was great with my DNC. I felt like he was a little cold with me for my second I chalked this up to it being busy. For my third I felt like he didn’t care he was upset he was missing church. He was also butting heads with the pediatrician and he made sure to get his way by saying my water was broken but he 100% broke it without getting my consent. He just wanted the baby to be born so he could make it to church.

Dr. Costa was extremely knowledgeable about my particular problems. His staff was very pleasant and helped ease my nerves and anxiety. I had to under go surgery, and being 58, I was not looking forward to it. Luckily Dr. Costa was able to fix 3 problems with laparoscopic surgery and I was able to go home the same day. I am very pleased with everyone involved. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I would recommend Dr. Costa and his staff without hesitation.

Dr. Costa is very knowledgeable. He gave me all my options explaineing everything completely. His bedside manner isn't the best but most knowledgeable doctors in my experience don't. I think if he was sympathetic I would have completely lost it in the office. The only bad thing was the office staff told me my baby died during an ultrasound and I had to go sit in the waiting room for 45 min with happy mothers all around me before the doctor could talk to me.

Is true that he know a lot but care lest for you. I had a surgery w him and I didn't see his face after surgery and he never call me to see how I was doing. I want a dr who cares about patients. He doesn't care.

I like that Dr. Costa is a "down to earth" "keep it real" kind of doctor. Doesn't make you feel like he is "better" than you are just because he is a doctor. I personally think he has a good sense of humor which is important to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone. No complaints with him or his staff thus far.

He could not feel a grapefruit size tumor that I had for a year. I wanted an ultrasound done and he would not order it.

This is a horrible practice. Dr Costa was the worst thing that ever happened to me. He did surgery for Endometriosis that I was diagnosed with and now I have more problems and am worse off than I was before surgery. Now seeking the help of a specialist who will hopefully get me on track. Do NOT recommend seeing him.
