My girlfriend had her first appointment with Dr. Patel. The staff was friendly and very professional. Plus the Dr. was awesome! I made an appointment for myself, that’s how great they were!!!

Treated my mom for several years. Quite unhappy with his treatment and attitude.if you want someone who listens and treats you with dignity, this is NOT the place to go.

As an Orthopaedist, I have professionally known Dr. Patel for 30 years. He is insanely intelligent, competent and engaging. Highest respect and confidence.

I was a patient for a year but then canceled one appointment due to a scheduling con?ict. I was told to call and reschedule when I could, although it slipped my mind to do so for a long time. There was no other reason that I didn't call. I received ZERO follow-up calls or invitations to reschedule until a full year later when I got emails saying "We miss you! Please schedule your next appointment by calling us!". I called immediately to set up an appointment but was told bluntly, "Dr. Patel does not want you as a patient due to your noncompliance." This is unreasonable, unprofessional, and illogical customer service.

Absolutely refuses to help my father get treated and find a proper care plan for dementia. Wouldn’t even approve fmla for me to care for him. They just hung up on me during a virtual visit because my dad wasn’t on with me. He is currently in the hospital and i am his guardian. They refuse to help beyond referring him to a neurologist. No assistance or even a recommendation for who can help. The doctor seems like a nice guy, but the entire staff around him are worthless.

Great staff and service provided by Dr. Patel and his team. The office is well cleaned and proper protocols were followed. I have recommended this practice to all of my family and friends for the past 8 years.

Very poor bedside manner. Almost threw me out of office, told me I had too many problems and he would only treat me for cardio nothing else. Would not fill my blood pressure meds. Said I had to many problems and took meds I didn’t need even though they were not his specialty. I was there to see him for general medical which ais one of his specialties.

Great service and staff at Patel Medical Clinic. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed which was a first after seeing many different cardiologists. He was honest and has taken great care of me the past 8 years. I have recommenced my friends and family see him as there is no better service out there.

Clean office, great staff and doctor that has truly cared about me and my health for many years! Been following all protocols needed with COVID and provided virtual visits as well.
