I went to Dr Kelly to follow up in some SERIOUS Sinus issues I was having. He took his time, listened to me and then did all he could to relieve my sinus discomfort. On my second visit, he reviewed my CT scan thoroughly, was very honest and even cleaned my inner ears!! Great Doctor, Great facility!!! My whole family see him now.

I saw Dr. Kelly a while ago, but didn’t get a chance to review at the time. His bedside manner is NOT friendly. I had terrible vertigo that came in waves. I lived less than a mile from his office. I drove myself during a clear time, and because of that he would not provide a doctors note for me. Then he proceeded to clean wax out of one of my ears- didn’t ask for that- with an instrument that emitted a high pitch loud noise right beside my ear drum. Brilliant move to be an ear guy and practically deafen your client. I would drive to Charlotte to avoid this doctor. Maeve O’Connor in Charlotte is excellent if she’s still in business- I highly recommend her.

Dr Kelly is the best !!! He was great at diagnosing the problem with my right ear, providing the correct treatment and communicating to me the treatment plan and expected result. I had been to two (2) other doctors for the same problem without any improvement until I went to Dr. Kelly.

Dr Kelly is very personable, relatable & very professional. Never felt rushed or pressure to do any procedure. He clearly stated options & left it up me whether I wanted to proceed. I highly recommend him for any eye, ear, nose or throat issue.
