I met Dr Rao to discuss addressing sun damaged skin in the ear area. She was very helpful in understanding the biopsy results. The removal procedure also went very well. Dr and staff are very professional and are in a very nice and accessible facility

Dr Rao was very professional & personable. She listened to my questions and concerns regarding sinus and allergy and medication issues and answered them thoroughly.

I was extremely hesitant going into my first appointment with Dr. Rao; particularly because I had some issues with my throat and sinus cavity that made me unable to speak for months. The entire staff, including Dr. Rao put me at ease with her "tough but compassionate' perspective. I was fixed up in no time! Absolutely recommended 100%.

I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr Rao for weeks now. You can’t call and speak to a HUMAN on the phone and it’s very frustrating. They say to make an appointment online, but there is no way to see with WHO the appointment is with. Very disappointing since I have seen the doctor here in our community giving an introduction of the practice and her work here at Carolina Orchards. Would love a call from ANYONE so that I can set up a consultation with the doctor for some facial surgery ASAP.
