It’s really nice and clean but this is probably the worst “urgent care” I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Been here for 4 hours and counting for a X-ray. Never ever again.

Received notice to arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early. Did that. Been here for 2.5 hours and counting. Not sure what the appoint times are for? There were only 3 other people in the waiting room when I arrived.

Urgent care doesn’t treat their primary patients like primary patients. We get thrown into urgent care pile. We can not see our primary doctor or get an appointment with them in a decent time frame when we are sick. I used My Chart. The response time suppose to be 48 hours. They read my message and no response and it’s been going on a week.

Doctors do not care and do not listen when you are trying to explain what's wrong with you and when you call for assistance the do less as possible to help you.

Sat there for over an hour while everyone else was called back. Went to the desk to ask how much longer, they didn't even have me in the system after saying I was checked in. She was not friendly at all.
