We were so pleased with the care my Dad received while he was in the Cherokee Medical Center. The attention and medical treatment from the nurses and the nurse practitioner could not have been better. They were very attentive and communicated his plan of care each step of the way. Thank you Lisa, Kelly, Kim, Carolyn, Tonya, and Adrienne! I’m sure there were many others whose names I do not know that touched him in a special way as well. We appreciate you.

I was admitted from ER with a bad leg infection. I was taken care of and treated well. Yes, I spent quite awhile waiting in the ER. It is what it is. This hospital has had issues in the past, but they are improving. I am very thankful to all the staff who took care of me. ALL of them took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what was going on. I will not hesitate to use this facility again in the future!

Been sitting here for 3 hours with a 10 year old. Already had the portable X-ray over an hour ago. Still waiting on a doctor and I requested for mental health person and have yet to see anyone. This place will never change, they throw you in a room, leave, and forget about you. Cant say they’re busy because there was only 1 other person back here when we came back.

Just had out patient surgery and the staff was so nice. Very accommodating to your needs/desires, professional, courteous and friendly. They really go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible.

They took very good care of me in October 2018. The Doctors and Nurses are angels. I highly recommend Cherokee Medical Center. I trust them completely.

Long wait and do not care about patients. Waited for 4 hours for the doctor to tell me to use hot water on my wound. I will not be going back. I could have used web md. It was more helpful
