My first appointment required a 7-month wait. He is that busy! The staff was very courteous. Including interaction with staff members, I waited over an hour to see the doctor who spent approximately 5 minutes with me. I'm very anxious about my vision problems and would have preferred not to feel rushed. I don't know what to think.

I recently "graduated" having both eye cataracts removed by Dr. DeChamplain. Just an outstanding experience from beginning to end. He and his entire staff are exceptional at delivering the highest quality care. To a person, everyone I encountered was wonderful!
