Diversity training is a must! The person who answers the phone is very, very rude.She would not let me leave a message for my Dr. Assistant to call me.She insisted she wanted to know my personal business. I stated Im a patient of the Dr. Then she pretented to write down the message and rudely said good bye.I could tell she hates her job, and me also.It was like she was paying me and I was not paying for quality service.When the Dr. Came in the room he stayed 3 to 4 minutes and never did a Physical Exam. Explaining what was going on, even after the. Xrays he never explained my condition to me rush, rush! and he was out of the room.Maybe he was scared of geting Coronavirus, which I dont have or maybe he needs diversity training to. Im a human being and would like to be treated as everyone else. It just shows, you can change locations but the same old poor service.

My son hurt his foot a few months ago on a Friday. We were referred to Georgetown Orthopedics by the hospitals ER. I called this office on a Monday to schedule an appointment, was transferred, I left a voicemail and no one ever called back. I had to take him to his primary doctor and asked her to refer him elsewhere. I'll do anything I can to avoid this office especially since my husband had very poor post surgery care after having surgery on his neck.

I have been treated by Dr Triana for many years now for orthopedic issues. He is knowledgeable, professional, and he explains things in a way you can understand. He is extremely personable and takes time with his patients. I highly recommend him.

Let me put it this way, If you need back surgery, Dr. Triana is the right Surgeon for you, and his staff is the best I've ever seen.. Dr. Triana "is" the MAC DADDY!!

Dr. Jesse Welter is my doctor and Dr. Mark Triana is my wife's doctor. We are convinced that there is no where we could find better care or more knowledgeable Orthopedic Surgeons. We highly recommend both.

Friendly staff and physicians . My doctor immediately found another medical. problem. I was having. He called my primary physician , and I was treated for 2 severe problems. I would highly recommend .
