I've always received a timely response from my primary physician. I've not ever had any problems with getting a prompt appointment or reply from my physician.

I highly recommend Tidelands Health, Georgetown and my PCP, Dr. Henry Grady Adkins. Why? Because he listens, is responsive to questions between visits, and acts in a professional, yet patient focused manner. Tidelands Hospital also provided excellent patient care for procedures.

I've never had a problem with this practice. Although there is usually a wait to be seen beyond the appointment time, in my experience that is true at all medical facilities. Dr Duvall and his nurses are caring and professional, and they listen.

While I received great care at Tidelands I am less than impressed with their billing department. I have been making my monthly payments on time for the last 2 years. After a change in my HSA account I went off automatic payments. 2 months later, even though I CONTINUED TO CALL IN AND MAKE $100 MONTHLY PAYMENTS, they sent my account to collections. I was never informed that this would take place without an automatic withdrawal set up. Now, my account is in collections with hundreds of dollars being requested. Not okay.

Do yourself a favor. If you have cardiac problems go to Grand Strand. The cardiac care is mediocre at best. Went 15 hours with no water or food because their scheduling got behind. PLEASE go to Grand Strand.

My mom was turned away even though she has been there before in the past. A white lady told we are not taking in new patients. Been to the hospital twice for her high blood pressure with one being 259 and 202. They gave her medicine at the hospital. I can only get an appointment a month from now. Ridiculous. Me and my father have been patients for 10 plus years. Understand Covid but you mean to tell me no doctors could see her when they are six and a nurse practitioner. Bad facility.
