I went in for a post MVA eval well over a week ago. I was diagnosed with whiplash and loss of curvature in my neck and was told I needed physical therapy for several weeks. They said they would do a referral, and still to this day no referral has been done. I have called, had other employees send emails, etc. I have never gotten that referral and have remained in pain. This is highly unprofessional, and I am truly disappointed.

They still charge $135.00 even though they can not treat for a specific ailment!!! Unacceptable that now my loved one has to go to the hospital!! NEVER RECOMMENED Doctors Care Georgetown, they DONT care about the patient!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I came for a COVID test and was amazed at the attentiveness to my overall health. They were very caring and truly concerned. I was impressed to be treated so well! Way to go Drs Care!!!

This is thee worst please to go for help I took my daughter to get a physical they wouldn’t clean her because of her eye test! They also took $39 away from a child that didn’t even get a full physical I call several times to speak to a manager spoke with a director from Columbia still didn’t get me any satisfaction! I would Die before I go back here! 😡😡😡😡 poor customer service! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The staff was kind and very courteous. My nurse was on point drawing blood. Dr Robert Kimpton had all of the necessary test ran to help resolve my issues. Thanks Dr Robert Kimpton and staff for your kind, courteous and professional services rendered to me.

Add to pay a fee of $40 for them to not help me at all. The doctor didn’t even check anything. All he said was I need to get blood work and other test and didn’t even send the paperwork for me to get it. Then when I tried to call they wouldn’t pick up the phone. This is one of the worse experiences I have had
