Dr. Hernandez is wonderful. His nurse, not so much. I hope folks read these reviews and they will know that the doctor is great. This review is directed towards his nurse.

Wow. I hate to even give Dr Hernandez a one star because he is truly a great doctor. His nurse Anne on the other hand is the absolute worse. I doubt seriously Dr. Hernandez has any idea about how awful she treats his patients. Because I have a a narcotic and it has to be called in to the pharmacy now I have to make a call to his nurse monthly. She will tell me she is calling it in but does not. I have to go all weekend without this medication. I have to go up there on the following Monday. I hate this nurse and Dr. Hernandez will hear about it when I go there Monday. Terrible terrible terrible nurse!

Dr. Hernandez is the best PCP I have been to (I am 75). He is great at analyzing blood test results and preventing health problems. He is a terrific listener and patient and takes all the time necessary to thoroughly discuss all health issues. I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and caring physician.

First and foremost this post isn’t meant for Dr. Hernandez is amazing! One of the best Dr’s I’ve ever been to BUT his nurse Anna is the nurse from HELL!!! There are 3 people including myself out of my family that go to Dr. Hernandez and all 3 of us are contemplating leaving because of Nurse Anna. She is rude, refuses to return phone calls, refuses to relay messages to Dr. Hernandez and over talks you. I’m very disappointed that Dr. Hernandez allows this type of behavior in his office in general but allows this c-word to be his nurse! If it continues we will definitely be finding a new Dr. ASAP!Nurse Anna you are a unprofessional nurse that has ZERO bedside manners! Please start acting like a nurse not a CNA that works at a ghetto nursing home!

Dr. Hernandez and staff are wonderful! He spends enough time and explains things so you completely understand. I like that Dr. Hernandez goes over your meds with you.

Dr. Hernandez has been our PCP for about 14 years. He is an excellent doctor, who cares for his patients. He listens and is not quick to give a temporary fix. Best internal medicine doctor EVER!!!

He takes time with his patience and listens to what they have to say. He is a man of compassion, and take his practice very serious. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a doctor.

Dr Hernandez is the most thorough doctor I have found. He listens and asks the right questions. He has a plan for treatment and concerns from day one. Dr. Hernandez does not medicate unless needed.
