Dr Hannah was great. The office manager needs to learn how to interact and communicate with patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Hanna since 1987. I took my children to him and I have never had a problem with them except for one new receptionist but I took care of the problem. Dr. Hanna has always done a complete and thorough job of my problem. I don't want any other doctor taking care of me. I trust Dr. Hanna completely.

Doctor Hanna has been our family physician for over 35 years. He has provided the medical necessities for my wife, our two children, my parents and countless colleagues. He and his staff have helped mitigate numerous injuries and illnesses thru the years. He has reached out to our family to ensure that we scheduled our COVID vaccines and were able receive them at his office.

Dr Hanna was my family doctor over 20 years. Had no complaints at all except for maybe the wait to see him. The only and biggest problem was his staff. They are not easy to get along with. They were so bad I had to change doctors. It is a shame he was really a great doctor but his staff were awful.

Dr. Donald T Hanna, is truly the best primary care physician you can ever have. I am a Combat Veteran and WTC First Responder and have a great deal of issues and I can honestly say that Dr Hanna has always been there for me. He is the only doctor that has always taken the time to listen and truly understand my medical issues. His staff is always helpful and there when you need to communicate with whatever you need. I trust Dr Hanna 100% and highly recommend him.

I was referred to Dr.Hanna by my wife who also works for Liberty Doctors. Dr. Hanna came highly recommended by her. She insisted that I go see him for a Boston heart exam. Dr. Hanna and his staff were very professional and most importantly I felt comfortable each visit. I definitely recommend them! Thank you guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This practice was my primary care for 20+ years. Dr. Hanna was one of my favorite people at one time. Then they got lazy and incompetent or maybe just an IDGAF attitude. My test results were mishandled and I was accused of things of which I had evidence to the contrary. They've fired or lost every decent employee from office staff to nurses and receptionists and have so many patients that if your appt is at 10 am you don't get out until well after 2. They take drug reps in before people who have appointments. They are now rude and disinterested in doing anything at all for the patient. I would rather be treated by a veterinarian than EVER go to this facility again. If you are considering this practice please look elsewhere!! PS They were so intimidating and menacing when I left this practice it took me over 2 years and now being many states away before even attempting to write this review.

I usually had a long wait time in the past, but recently have had about a 15-20 minute wait time. Doctor was very thorough and to the point.

Rude staff, Doctors spend very little time with patients. Record Requests never acknowledged. Too many patients not enough physicians. Labwork protocol is not observed at all. Plus you sit and wait an hour minimum to actually get 5 minutes with the doc. Doctors appointments are at least a month or more out so if u get sick might as well go to urgent care. There are much better, more efficient, prompt and friendly practices who will treat you much better than this one.
