5 stars all the way! I talked to Karen on the phone who was so helpful and amazing in getting me in quick. Kelly did my X-rays and was so nice and accommodating. Kim was my hygienist and she was great at cleaning and very nice too! Dr. Ponton was very knowledgeable and let me know all I need to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I would highly recommend this dentistry!!! They are all AMAZING!!!!

Everyone is always so nice & helpful. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by all the kind receptionists! In the treatment room everyone is so knowledgeable & makes you feel so comfortable.

Great experience, needed a chipped tooth fixed and they got me in same day. Looks amazing, staff was friendly and efficient. I’ll be switching to their practice for all my dental care and cleanings.

Exceptional Patient Care! I had a chunk of an old filling come out and take a big portion of tooth with it. I was not a patient at the time when I called them, but they got me in that same day and placed a crown on it. I was amazed at the care and precision of this dentist office, I have never received such exceptional care. The doctor and her assistant were an absolutes pleasure and made me feel at ease. I am so glad I found this dentist office and will be sure to give out their name for referrals.

What a scam place this is. Our regular Dentist told my wife last year that she needed to get a few teeth extracted and would have to be done by an oral surgeon. She also needed to get a partial for missing front tooth. I set appointment with this place and told them that I called our Dentist and had them send over the records. Upon arrival to this place we were placed in a room. Once there they came in and acted as if they never talked to me and they said they did not have the records from other Dentist. They left to go call our other Dentist to get them. After an hour of waiting they said they still did not have wife's records. They said that they could do an impression for the partial and charged me 1000 bucks and would bill Medicare for the rest, about 2000 bucks. We set appointment to get teeth pulled. Once there again they claimed they could pull the teeth without oral surgery. They also had the partial so they fitted it for her. At our next regular Dentist cleanings the dentist said the partial was not made correctly and needed to be relined. I called GCFD and we went there. They said it would be no charge to do this, but they billed Medicare for it and got paid. They insisted that they needed full xrays. I told them our regular Dentist already had them and that they were sent to them before. They claimed that the xrays from regular Dentist was not good enough. I told them Medicare would not pay for xrays again. they said no problem and that they would just do them at no charge. Guess what, they billed Medicare anyway and claim was rejected. Now they want to keep sending me bills for 600 bucks for xrays and other crap they said they did to reline the partial. They tried for 2 hours to do the relining and ended up making the partial unwearable for my wife with all the extra crap they added to it. then they said it was only a temp partial anyway and would have to refit for permanent partial. Guess what, Medicare will only pay for either the temp partial or the permanent partial and that it would cost us another 1000 dollars. I said that they never told us it was only a temp solution. They said they were only trying to help my wife with her appearance. I said bullshit and that if we were informed that Medicare would only pay for the permanent partial I would NEVER have agreed on the temp partial. Now 4 months later the teeth have fallen out of the temp partial and it is worthless. So Medicare paid 2000 bucks and we paid 1000 bucks for a worthless piece of plastic and they still want to bill me 600 bucks for Medicare denied services I told them I did not want and would not be paid for by Medicare since regular Dentist already did them, AND GCFD received them from regular Dentist, but insisted they would do for no charge. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. THEY WILL GASLIGHT YOU AND TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN DO SUBPAR WORK/SERVICE. OH and when I first called them to start all of this crap I was told that they were in our Humana Medicare network...Guess what... turned out that they lied about that too....
