Palmetto Primary Care Physicians's Online Review Report Card

If I could rate a 0 would!!! They are quick to take your money and not help you! I have been stuck with these idiot doctors for a few years now and I can't stand them with a passion! I am sick with a sever cold and called them Friday morning as soon as they opened to set up an appointment that day because I am severely sick!! They virtually saw me at noon then never called me back after promising medicine they we're going to immediately send to a pharmacy. I have called them since 1pm that afternoon over 30 times and talked to after hour nurses over 4 times for them to not get back to me treat me or send me medication till that Monday after I told them and begged them for medication because I am not sleeping through the night I'm coughing so badly!!!! Three days till they sent me medicine!! They do not care about there patients just the money! This is not even the 20th time they have screwed me! Stay far away from these people if possible! You have been warned!

Signs in waiting room stating if you are seeing your doctor for one problem you cannot ask about anything else. You must make another appointment. This is unacceptable!

I have been a patient with this practice for about ten years. I'm very happy with the care and the staff overall is very professional and polite. Service is a little slow at times but that's understandable especially at this time during the pandemic. Good job!

The receptionist in the front office is rude. I understand people have bad days so i try not to judge to quickly, but its everytime! I am literally sitting in the waiting room as I'm writing this and I wish I could record how she is speaking to people.

Hold time was 8 minutes to try to make an appointment, then the receptionist lectured me about going to a different office once because they were not available at the time and wouldn't set up an appointment with me. She was rude and condesending, I hope you don't try to go there.

Terrible place!!! Gove you medication then force you to be without them for a week ! I hate this place and I won't be going back. Yall have completely messed up my brain!

Great visit with little waiting and excellent service!

I've been having stomach problems for about two days. So I FIGURED I would go to my gastro. I walk in and the lady is at the window, for approximately 10 minutes she was on the phone. Therewas no one in the waiting room..NO ONE!! SO I explained that I've been having issues for two days, that I had been seen there before and that I was out of medication for this issue!! She became dumbfounded and turned to her appointment screen on her computer. Then she tried to tell me that they were too busy to see me today. There was NO ONE in the waiting room. They were too busy to do a quick exam and maybe rewrite my prescription. My primary doctor is with Palmetto and its like pulling teeth to be seen there.. especially if you actually need a doctor. This front desk lady was absolutely horrible with customer service!! Horrible experience and absolutely no help to a now...FORMER PATIENT!!!

Long wait time, I don't have health insurance so it's expensive every visit $108... I need help.

I love this place! They are very knowledgeable and concern about your wellbeing. I would and have recommended people to them because they are amazing. The staff is very friendly and it’s a pleasant atmosphere.
