my experience and visit was very horrible and result that I will no longer be continuing my relationship with Plantation Family Dentist me and my kids go there. I will no longer allow them to come back the day of me being seen while I’m laying on the examination chair just before the dentist comes in and extract my teeth I had to verify insurance, which I think that’s should’ve been done before the appointment was confirmed that took countless hours of my time that I missed from work, and I am still in pain because the teeth never got done once the insurance was verified. They still had me just sitting here waiting so I left. The Caucasian receptionist at the desk she was very bland no people person skills wasn’t really helpful. Didn’t ask probing questions to find me in the system. Y’all can work on confirming method of PMI insurance before scheduling an appointment doing it at the point of the patient being served is very unprofessional and distasteful. I will not be coming back and neither will my children.

I was greeted and in the dental chair within 1 minute of arriving at the Center. Dr. Libby and her assistant were efficient and finished up my filling to my satisfaction and theirs. Great job. Thank you.

My first visit was successful! I've never been so relaxed at a dental appointment before. The staff is very welcoming. They're all very friendly and nice. They show that they care. They listen to you as a patient. They break everything down for you to understand things more clearly. Definitely got a new forever patient with me!!
