It happened - my 4-tooth bridge broke while visiting Goose Creek. I only live here part-time and had not secured a local dentist. I live close by and called for an emergency appointment (based on their excellent reviews) and was seen within a few hours. Everyone, from the front desk to Dr. Sue was so efficient, helpful, and caring. I thought I had used all my insurance for the year but the front desk looked into my insurance and found out my procedure would be covered. The dental assistant (Avi) was friendly and efficient. Dr. Sue was amazingly patient with me as I was stressed about my teeth falling out. She gave me several options, explaining every step along the way. One and a half hours later I left with new temporary teeth and a smile on my face. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sue and this practice - I now have a great dental office in Goose Creek!!

I was never told until my appointment ended that my new insurance was out of network with the office so I ended up with a $300 bill.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and professional. They made you feel like you were a person. Everything were explained to one’s understanding. Overall a great experience, looking forward to my next visit.

First had a cleaning with Latoya, she was amazing! Then I had a crown with Dr Hallissey and Lauren! Not a bit of pain! Would highly recommend using this office and especially ask for these three!

Office staff is phenomenal. However, I felt rushed when being seen by the dentist. I feel like they overbook time slots and don’t have enough time to slow down and make patients feel valued.

I am not pleased with the lack of understanding the staff gives with the procedure process and cost of treatments ahead of time. I called to schedule a cleaning and was told $99.00 two visit later... I still haven't received a full cleaning and I have spent over $276.00. With another process to go, and another $75.00. In my host opinion I have kept up with my oral hygiene and it should be explained to the patient ahead of time what the next steps will be, and if extra oral hygiene steps are required or recommended. Not have them complete a procedure first and give you a large cost on the backend, and still not have what you came for in the first place. The staff is nice and they RIP you off with a smile! :)

I am an established patient here. I would like to to give great praise to Latoya my dental hygienist today. This is my first time being in her chair. She was very personable during my visit. I left my appointment with my teeth feeling amazingly clean ! Keep up the great work, see you in November
