Christina Bean with whom I met before Dr. Shelley was extremely professional, thorough and personable. She explained the entire process in layman terms that I could easily understand. I would give a 5 star rating on every aspect of our meeting. It was the same with Dr. Shelley. He was extremely professional, thorough and personable as well. Both Christina and Dr. Shelley made me feel like a person/patient not a number or record number on some digital chart somewhere in the electronic cloud. Good Customer Service is almost a lost art in this day and age of electronic communications - Twitter, SnapChap, FaceBook, Instant Messaging, Artificial Intelligence, Texting and Emailing. When you break these platforms down to the their lowest common denominator -- it is just typing which can and never will replace the human interaction of a person talking to another person!! The AI Chat platform with Verizon, AT&T and Spectrum Communications. The Robot finally says Connecting You to a Human Being!

Shelley is one of the most arrogant and rude physicians I have encountered in Greenville, SC. My family has been involved in this community for decades. It's disheartening to see people of this calibular move here to work.

Dr. Shelley is an outstanding ophthalmologist and surgeon. He specializes in cataract surgery and my results have been outstanding. The surgery was quick, painless and successful beyond my highest hopes.

I highly recommend Dr Brian Shelley, who recently performed two very successful cataract surgeries on me. His training, experience and dedication to the task are evident in his work. With a very calm manner, he explained all procedures and choices and readily listened to and answered all questions. He and his staff were available and very responsive at all times. Thanks to his resourcefulness, medication allergies were avoided ahead of surgery. I look forward to many years of excellent care.

Dr. Shelley performed two cataract procedures on me with excellent results. He provides outstanding care and I appreciate his skill, patient concern and follow-up. I would recommend him without hesitation. He has a wonderful and caring staff and they are always pleasant to interact with.

Dr Shelley always seems in a rush. If you happen to ask a question or make a point while he's talking he'll just ignore you and keep talking. I know it's not polite to interrupt, but he should be more deferential to the person who's paying the bill.
