List of Leah A Aragon's Reviews
I’ve been with Dr. Aragon for about 16 years. I couldn’t imagine seeing any other doctor when I know I have the best! Dr. Aragon has the warmest demeanor and really hears what I have to say! I’ve always said and I truly believe that the one thing you can never train any human being to do is to truly care! I feel sorry for other people who have not had the opportunity to be one of her patients. They truly don’t know what they’re missing. She may have saved my life! Deborah Iacovelli
Pathetic. They don’t allow if u don’t go half n hr before. There is no senior to talk .Help desk is not cooperative.Didnt like the service atall
There is no one to talk in case of questions .They are very fussy .Front desk is not cooperative .They don’t value patients time. Its very easy for them to say that u need to reschedule your appointment.Didnt like it atall.
Dr. Aragon is very thorough and spends quality time with her patients. She has a great personality and a wonderful sense of humor. I highly recommend her!
A good way to lose a patient is by not returning calls for a refill request. I called once a day for a week for a refill I was needing, leaving my phone number and requesting a call back. When I finally got someone, they said messages were left on MyChart, which I had never used before. To be fair, this problem wasn't all on Dr. Aragon, but I often felt she didn't listen/care when I met for a routine checkup for refills.
This practice feels like an assembly line. The office staff, with the exception of Dawn, is rude and does not accomdate reasonable needs of clients. When requesting medication refills I would typically have to call 2-3X before getting a response. I had to go to the office each time I needed a refill and the staff dictated a small window of time available to pick up the prescription. I was scolded by Dr Aragon when requesting times I could be reached to receive abnormal test results.
I had to cancel my appointment for my son. The office rescheduled an appointment without my knowledge nor did I agree to the date. During my scheduled appointment I requested to reschedule an appointment for my son. Very unfriendly response was directed towards me as I was told the last appointment was missed and there is a $30 fee prior to my son being seen again.
Keeps getting my scripts and refills wrong, fusses about my weight but won't prescribe meds and says I have to go to her weight loss clinic next door which only weighs me and gives script for $80 visit plus $30 script.
She is a doctor who just hands out whatever meds you want.
Frequently gets my med refills wrong that I've been taking for yrs and wants me to come every 3 months for refill. Asks me why I'm there and when I say for refill, she just writes one. That's too expensive just for a script. Frequently they don't return calls within 2-4 days and I have to go without my meds. She fusses about my weight that I've struggled with for years, but won't prescribe a med that works for me for that. Tells me to go to her weight clinic next door that costs $80 a visit mon.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
