I would highly recommend Novus!! There was a miss up with my Jada first appointment to get her braces put on. Of course like any mom taking hours off work. I immediately got aggravated. But Melissa the office manager and the treatment coordinator( cant remember her name). Both apologized and stepped up and agree to take on extra work, while they were short staff and booked so that my daughter could get her braces. There entire team along with Dr. Cooper made OUR first experience Run SMOOTHLY!!! Very professional hard working team.
