I have all great things to say about this team! Dr. DeBrux is an amazing surgeon, with awesome bed side manners! I highly recommend!

I am very disappointed in lack of care I received with Dr. Joseph Debrux, Jr. I work in Asheville and due to insurance purposes had to drive to SC to see a doctor. I was half way driving to SC for my procedure when I was told he had an emergency so they had to reschedule me. Upon my second attempt to have a outpatient surgical procedure I called to let them know I was lost and running 15 minutes late which they said they’d let the nurse know. I was exactly 15 minutes late as I told them and after I sat down in the office 5 minutes later they let me know they could not see me. I wasted 2 days of my time for nothing. I am a full time NP and mother as well. Better communication would be nice for future patients. I will not be wasting a third day with this office. Everyone’s time is equally important, not just a MD.

Please seek another referral.......I Had a SELF PAY procedure scheduled, back in April, was told the first available date was September, and had to pay UP FRONT to even get on the schedule. Was told to call the scheduler "Heather" periodically to see if I could move up the date, Apparently Heather is never at her desk and will not return a phone call. When I have popped in the office to check for an earlier date, of course Heather was not there.....Fast forward to the day before the surgery, and I get a call saying that they need to reschedule and now I cant get in until November! I asked for a refund but then was told it would take TWO WEEKS and they will mail me a check. WHY??!! I didnt PAY you with a check! WORST experience EVER with this facility......This was for a earlobe repair, 2 stitches at the most!!! At this rate I'll do it myself......Only gave one star because that what it took to post the review.LOUSY Customer Care !!!!!Waited 2 weeks for my $400 refund and they only sent $200, this was self pay I have spent 3 hours trying to call and leave messages to find out where the rest of my refund is, Apparently I am going to have to go into the office to have this conversation because nobody is working or returning my call today. My next stop will be the office THEN the BBB.Throw away the WHOLE admin staff.........

Everything was great UNTIL I had to speak with Tracy ! Tracy doesn’t want to do her job horrible attitude & doesn’t do what you ask . Worst customer service & wouldn’t recommend anyone to them just because of the one person I had to speak with ! 🗣HORRIBLE !

Dr. Bolton and his nurse Paula continue to exceed my expectations! They are professional yet friendly and personable. Every visit to this office has been a great experience. Dr. Bolton clearly cares about his patients and provides expert, yet individualized care. I feel very comfortable sharing any concerns, my questions always are answered, and I feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Bolton for any cosmetic or reconstructive needs. Thank you for always making me feel welcome. Also, the office staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you to everyone.

Enjoyed my first experience with Jessica. She was very knowledgeable and was able to deliver the right treatment plan to fit my skin needs. All the staff was very welcoming . Can’t wait to go back.
