I was there for 4 days from Saturday October 9th to Wednesday October 13th the doctors especially the nurses took very good care of me the nurses in the Pediatric trauma Ed were great and fantastic and the nurses on the pediatric surgery hold area floor 5 were great as well I loved them all and made me feel at home or if I was in a beach front resort and spent time with me my experience was just great and a great place to bring your kid to especially if it’s a trauma the nurses are very sweet and help calm you down and comfort you and talk to you about whatever you want to talk about. Dr.Bray,Kelsey,Corbyn,And like all of the nurses on the pediatric surgery hold area 5th floor have great bed side manner and spend time with you and talk to you and stuff
I love this place been here since Saturday evening through Wednesday 10/13 and I don’t want to leave Dr.Bray was really good and the residents and nurses were very nice
My grandson just got out of the hospital. The staff and all the medical staff were amazing. They provided top notch care.
Clean, doctors and staff are friends and took really well of our girl!
I brought my 2.5 month old baby here because he was very sick and congested. They said he had something viral and took a nasal swab to see what he's sick with. I've been trying to get my son's test results since (they said it would take 2-3 hours for the results). After 2 days of calling I went back to the hospital only to find out they never ran his tests. Extremely negligent and incompetent hospital. I will never bring my child here again. Go anywhere else.
Brought my 3 month old baby in because he was sick. They said it was probably viral and that they would take some cultures. Was told an email or call would come in with the results. Next day no email or call. Spent the whole next day on the phone. I go back to the hospital in person to see if ANYONE can tell me what my baby is sick with. They inform me they didn't even send the cultures to the lab. Worst experience I've had in a medical facility. Very negligent hospital. Avoid if possible
We had an absolutely horrible experience. Our doctor sent us over for an infection (with fever) of a recently placed gtube. We got checked in and waited 6 hours. While that was horrible it wasn’t the worst part. While waiting two children were vomiting and the staff did nothing. One little girl vomited in multiple different areas and the hospital staff did nothing. The family put paper towels down but no one came to clean up. The staff offered them no trash cans or anything. They eventually left untreated. We should have as well. It was filthy and disgusting. I will do my very best to never take my child there again.
My first child was transported to this NICU after having a hernia. Everything was fine then. They set up a camera so we could see him in his crib whenever he wasn’t getting examined or fed. We logged on at about 10pm on June 28th, 2021 and my son was crying for about 2 minutes then we watched as a nurse picked him up and threw him back in his bed to where he was on his side and had to roll on his back. This was not okay and we plan to look into this.
The nurses are as nice as can be, but the rooms, waiting area, and bathrooms were really dirty for a hospital.
I took my daughter here because she was RSV positive and she’s only 14 months. She was having a terrible cough, sounding (to me) like she couldn’t breathe good. I explained to the triage nurse that I was told by her doctor to take her to the ER to be safe and that her oxygen was kind of low the day before. She replied that “doctors offices tend to overreact” making me feel like I shouldn’t have even brought her.No one seemed to actually care about their job and I felt so much regret for bringing my daughter. Just thankful she’s okay (hoping I can trust their judgment)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
