Dr. Kim is truly a wonderful Rheumatologist. For years I had uncontrolled symptoms and Dr. Kim found what worked for me and I've been doing great and my hair is even growing back. The infusion team is great as well. Everyone there is wonderful.

I have been going here about 25 years or so. Dr Kim and the infusion staff are taking great care of me. They are doing what the dermatologist could not do for 25 years. I have psoriatic arthritis. Skin and joints are doing great.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Richard Kim who is currently at Piedmont Arthritis at Saint Francis here in Greenville South Carolina. I have suffered with extreme and consistent pain for the past four years. Despite going to countless doctors in the area, including an incompetent family doctor, the source of the pain remained undiagnosed until today. Although I am not happy to have fibromyalgia, I feel extraordinarily blessed to have found Dr. Kim who has finally put a name to my distress. I’m confident that I am on the road to recovery. His office staff could not have been nicer and he was a consummate professional. He answered all of my countless questions. This is so different from my previous doctor, Greg Johnson at Heritage Pediatrics and Internal Medicine who was dismissive and condescending while I suffered. Thank you, Dr. Kim!!

Office staff, infusion nurses, and doctors are all awesome. No complaints whatsoever.

Dr. Kim, Donna, Tim, Carrie, & the entire staff always go above and beyond when taking care of their patients! With a history of Crohns & undiagnosed back pain, the Piedmont Arthritis team ensured that I received the proper treatment quickly and seamlessly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful & hands on Dr. Kim has been; he always ensures that all my questions and concerns are addressed and heard. The staff has such a welcoming family atmosphere, and I look forward to seeing the entire office every visit. I always leave the office feeling positive & well taken care of!

Dr Kim has changed my life! His patient, smart approach to my treatment has lead to relief of all my symptoms and has increased my quality of life! I appreciate how smart he is, his willingness to make sure all treatment options are addressed and discussed and his kind bedside manner. His nurse Donna is also very helpful and always available to answer my questions. Tim who leads the infusion lab is awesome as well! One GREAT team Dr Kim has!!!

Dr. Kim is a great, personable doctor. He has great communication skills and genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. He has always taken the time to listen to me and together we agree upon the level of treatment. He takes the time to answer and explain any questions or concerns you may have. His expertise is always appreciated! Great doctors can be hard to find!

Dr Kim is an excellent doctor, he was the only one who diagnosed me after 3 months of doctors and hospitals not being able to diagnose me, I will be forever grateful!!!! He is kind and very caring!!!!

Dr Kim and his entire staff are very caring and compassionate. I’m so glad I finally found a doctor that cares and wants to help me feel better. Make an appointment, you won’t regret it!!!

Dr Kim is wonderful. He listened to me and he was very opened minded.. I explained to him the medications that I felt were very effective for me and that I didn’t want to be experimented on by trying all these newer meds. He agreed and said well if it is not broken why try to chsnge.!He eas non-judgemental and i feel extremely blessed and happy that I finally tell a doctor how i really feel and what has been effective..
