List of Shriners Hospitals For Children's Reviews
This place is horrible and I will pray my children never have to witness such ignorance again. I wouldn't have giving any stars, but I had to give it one to post. Very upset parent.
All of the staff went above and beyond to facilitate the care of my daughter. Her surgeon was excellent and her surgery could not have gone better.
I love Shriners hospital for children..they are sooooo awesome and nice..and they was good to us..dr.westbury is great..and all the staff..
Horrible I was referred to them by my sons primary doctor and they scheduled me an appt to pick up some things for him when I got there they would not let me in because I had my 3 small children with me and advised me that I would have to wait until they found out who it was that said it was okay to bring my children with me ! I have canceled all future appointments and do not want to deal with them anymore!!!! Zero stars simply unacceptable
What can I say about these fine folks? Joanna really did wonders for us in the gait lab and Raven is a star! Dr. W is a soft spoken surgical genius!
I can only speak about the physical therapy but this place is great! They listen, care, and have fun helping kids and working with their families. Highly recommend!
Well I'm 51... But I was a Shriner's kid when I was 15 yrs old but I went when they was on Pleasantburg Dr back in 1985 that's when I had my scoliosis surgery and back then,I had a great experience with them... So I would recommend Shriner's to anyone that need their kid to go without any hesitation.
I love the staff here! They are always so friendly, and quick to get you to a room. The reason I gave them a 3 star, is because my son and I were left in a room for 30 minutes waiting in the pops department, for the tech to come back.. he said that he was going to check paperwork, but he walked by the room multiple times, and didn't give an update. I really thought he forgot about us!
My son has an 86 degree bend in his back with Schuerminns kyphosis. Both doctors offered little help and we were sent on the way. They say they don't turn anyone away but my son felt like they treated him as he were a big complainer and his disease was no big deal... 86 degree bend is pretty serious that could ultimately affect his other organs. Guess it really does come down to money after all. The younger of the two doctors currently there is EXTREMELY rude and arrogant and his bedside manners are much less to be desired. So if you want to be treated like a fly to be shooed away I'd recommend this hospital. Sure hope this doctor's spine stays healthy and doesn't bend like a candy cane when he's 70 because I'm not sure he can comprehend the pain people with spinal deformation go through.
Shriners is wonderful. The facility is great and the doctors are even better. We love Dr. Gibson. He performed surgery on both of my daughters shoulders. He is kind, caring and compassionate. We have had nothing but great experiences with Shriners.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
