Don’t waste your time and take your kid here spent a hour in the waiting room and only took 2 minutes when we finally got inside the room and all the doctor had to say about my very sick son is rest and drink water. Doctor said my son has a infection but still didn’t try to treat it

The staff is always friendly in person, the offices are clean, they have suckers, bubbles and even TVs with remotes in the rooms, HOWEVER, this just doesn’t seem to make up for the fact that any time I call to make an appointment or even ask a simple question for my children (4) & (2) i have to wait over an hour to speak with someone. I’m always #25 in the que and i just don’t see how that’s possible EVERY SINGLE TIME i call. When or if they do end up having appointments for both of my kids back to back its always hours later in the day (around 3pm or later, even if i call at 8am).They say there is the online option but it is hardly ever available and so you have no option but to call and wait. I’m just overall dissatisfied with the wait times and how they seem to act like there is nothing they can do about them.

I do not recommend this pediatrician to anyone!! Wait times to speak to a person are upwards of 30 minutes. Online portal and online chat is never working. If your child is sick just go to an urgent care or after hours clinic. You will never get in for a sick visit. This practice has taken on more patients than they can handle. I’ve tried for 5 days to get an appt for my daughter with absolutely no luck. Please don’t go here.

We were treated horribly at the powdersville location. We have been beyond gracious and understanding at Parkside, but today was the last straw and we’ll be finding somewhere else to go.

We’ve been going to Parkside for 3.5 years and have never had an issue. I have 4 kids and they have been great to get us in ASAP for any sick visit. Like same day I call. All the doctors have been great, friendly and super patient when I bring all 4 kiddos by myself.

We used to love Parkside Pediatrics. Recently they have become overrun and the service is absolutely awful. We have decided to switch to another service provider. Unfortunate.

Couldn’t speak more highly of Dr. Rogers! He is truly an answered prayer. I’ve never met a pediatrician more attentive than Dr. Rogers. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients receive the best care possible.

This place is trash. If you want your child to see a different doctor every time , sure go here . Or if your child never get sick , oh yeah this is the perfect place . The staff here doesn’t care enough about kids ; just there for a pay check if you ask me . This is a large poorly ran place . . . And Don’t even call and waste your time . You will sit on the phone for hours. And after waiting hours you will get placed back in the queue. Started out as caller 48 in the queue. Made it to caller 23 just to get placed back at call 74 .

Since moving here from SOFL I have been extremely unhappy with the quality of care and service, waiting days for an appointment, never same day appointments, kids get sick over night. They treat you like a number and don't treat based on the individual which we all know medicine is not a one size fits all. It's a factory, huge multiple locations but you can never get in when you need to.

We love Parkside and Dr. McNemer! Truthfully we’ve had a great experience with any provider we’ve seen. The staff is always friendly and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. We highly recommend Parkside!
