This place is an absolute joke! The PA had to cut into me to get a cyst out of my arm. She gave me a numbing injection and less then 1 min she started cutting! I wasn't even numb nor was I asked if I was numb. So much tape was on my arm to hold the gauze pad, that a good portion of my skin ripped off along with the tape. The nurses that came and get me both times, was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The only good encounter we had before and after the, "Medical Treatment" was when we told the receptionist why we was there. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone, nor do I have intentions of returning!

Last few times I've tried to be seen - no appointments are available. I thought this was a walk in clinic???

Y'all were great! Receptionist helped me by bringing me the form in lobby. Doctor Weatherbe listened and didn't cause me pain just for heck of it. She did not force meds on me. Ashley was very helpful and pleasant. Young lady with boot went and found correct size. Follow up instructions are clear. My ankle and foot are already feeling better!
