The Dr is ok. His staff and nurse are among the worst. The nurse left 4 stitches in my foot. The staff refused to have the dr see me when my foot Swelled up on me. When you call in they talk down to you. My insurance was over billed and the balance was turned over to me. Just really bad over all. If possible find another Dr to see you. Read the other reviews and believe them. Most are 100% true.

This office failed to do test available to them to show a torn cuff because he just doesnt use the machine.After going to my sport medicine Dr I was told how bad my shoulder was. Dr Timms failed to do require tests I suffered.I aloud him to go forward with scheduled surgery. Hes staff cancel my surgery 10 days before after Id paid for blood test and preoperative phone interview. Due to fact I asking questions about ice machine prescription they give me with was no good. Having me run all over town at high rick for covid19 days before surgery looking for said machines that self regional gives away to postoperative therapy and dr timms has a rep in hes office for said machines. I was dismissed from the practice told to look for another Dr days before a surgery to relieve tremendous amount of pain. This cost me money and family time scheduled off from work. Dr timms didnt even call me sent a letter and thats wrong . Cant depend on lakeland drs.

Dr Timms is a wonderful doctor. He is knowledgable caring and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I am so please with the medical care he has provided me and would highly recommend him to anyone needing Orthopedic care.

We have absolutely NO problem with the Drs in this office AFTER we finally get to see them.....the office management has a REAL problem as my husband and I have LEFT the office on 3 occasions after waiting an HOUR after the appointment time. Unprofessional and extremely unacceptable. Our time is totally disrespected.
