I made an appointment for my daughter for 3:00. They called to confirm the appointment the morning of, and also texted a confirmation. I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and the office was locked. We waited for 30 minutes before finally leaving because no one showed up. I am very unhappy with the lack of consideration and communication.
