Incredibly fast while we were in the office. Would be 5 stars but it took a long time to get any confirmation of what our children had after having negative test results come back. We were able to rule things out but didnt get a definitive answer on what it was for our own peace of mind. Just instructions on how to handle the symptoms from the nurse on the phone after the fact.

Drs are wonderful

Worst pediatric health care in the state. Hands down. The doctors are fine but the way they do scheduling is asinine. We just tried to get an appointment for our children to get their much needed vaccinations after having been told that they are booked up for months. Today is November 1st the first day of the month and we were yet again told that they were booked up for the month. The facility has only been open for 4 hours at this point and you mean to tell me every time slot for a 30 day period has been filled in 4 hours? I dont think so. This place is a joke when it comes to scheduling. Im furious. My children need these vaccinations and weve been denied them for 4 months in a row now. And had we known that this was going to be an extremely common and on going problem then we wouldnt have even considered this an option for our children. So please if you care about your childs health and well being then avoid this place as if it was a literal concentration camp. They will give you the run around time and time again. Because no place has filled 30 whole days worth of time slots in 4 hours of being open and also arent allowed to schedule for the next month because they dont have their schedule for December yet. This place is a literal joke. Do yourself and your child a huge favor and take them anywhere and I mean ANYWHERE else for a better healthcare experience.

You can’t never get well checkups here. They tell you to call back in 2 weeks then in 2 weeks comes to the day and they are filled up for the next month. I call because my kids are sick or hurt and I always have to take them th the Express care or Er because they never have appointments. Now my son is on adhd medication and they will see him if his prescription runs out after 6 months no problem. I’m sick of this doctor’s office. I have had Benetti since he was in abbeville but I gotta change because this is ridiculous. I have a baby that needs shots and never can get a appointment either.......

I really wanted to love this office. The doctors were wonderful but thats where the niceties ended. Every time I have had to talk to or interact with office staff its akin to pulling teeth. I am the first time single mom of a 2mo old. I have had to bring him here three times. His social security card was never mailed to us and subsequently I havent been able to add him to my health insurance yet. Because I didnt have either card I almost had to prove he was mine the first time I came. Then as I tried to explain I am a full time law student and single mom I hadnt had time to sit in the social security office for a few hours to rectify the situation but would as soon as classes and exams ended. The woman at the front desk Ms. Agnew was so rude she has actually sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes at me. She has also had the audacity to tell me I am wrong about the way Georgia where I gave birth distributes their birth certificates i.e. you have to physically pick them up. For some reason my 2mo shots were never scheduled for my son so I called and she wanted to schedule me a month out I dont want an altered shot schedule for my child so I once again asked when the next appointment was to which the response changed to the following week unfortunately during one of my exams. I almost wish I could have spoken to the Dr who I am sure would be much more understanding about a newborn receiving their shots when there is a measles outbreak in the upstate.

Impossible to get appointments

I like the doctors here however the customer service aspect of the front desk and the policies have caused me to find a new doctor. It is a major pain to schedule a well check. They don’t schedule more than a couple weeks out. I have never had this problem with any other pediatric doctor. Also if you need to call in medication to have to wait 72 business hours for them to produce a prescription. I think a 72 hour wait is ridiculous and not very customer friendly. There are a lot of doctors out there and this office acts like they are the only game in town.

The staff was very helpful and very informative. They provided me with information that really helped me out. A big shout out to Shantate Thank you so much you were a big help.
