The doctors are amazing. Whoever answers the phone Katie or however she spells it is rude and has a attitude. She does not let you finish what your saying before she cuts you off. I understand if you having a rough day but your patients did not do anything to you

My husband hurt his wrist dr Christian Reinholt called him personally many times to check on him. Me ...dr Hinkle who is not a doctor but nurse practitioner accuses me of taking codeine with my tramadol to get rid of me so she didn’t have to order me tramadol FDA just changed guide lines for dispensing opioids. she just abandoned me to go cold turkey off opioids that I have been taking for twenty years. I could have had seizures or died... she wouldn’t care.If I was going to take illegal drugs with my tramadol you think it would be cocaine pot meth but codiene? I neversealed or signed sample. Her staff talk and laugh at you behind your back. When I heard them.. one girl almost fell running over to close my door I opened it again and heard her say “ do you think she heard us?”don’t go here it’s the worst I have ever been too. I am 70 yrs old and never ever been accused of .taking illegal drugs because I dontThey micro manage themselves so your complaints are coved up

I would not recommend this practice if I was on my death bed and they were the only doctors available. Uptown provides the absolute worst services and cannot even manage completing the simplest process or procedures like obtaining accurate paperwork. The office manager is very rude and no one there seems to have even the slightest ability to reason. DO NOT GO HERE

Very satisfied with Dr. Hinkle and several of her nurses that Ive encountered. Shes very friendly caring attentive and shows that she cares about her patients. One of the nurses name Mary who usually returns my call for Dr. Hinkle has the sweetest personality and is very helpful. I just love talking to her. The biggest problem is getting someone to answer the phone. It has taken me hours before I could get an answer. That is just ridiculous Somewhat friendly staff at the front. I guess it depends on what side of the bed they wake up on.
