We asked questions regarding the procedure and the equipment used. Not sure why more patients do not. Became VERY defensive. Went into surgery expecting extensive revision. Fixed one issue and was done. Made me get up within hours of surgery something popped and the pain came back. Heard great things about him and seemed to care until questions were asked. I understand why this surgeon is not on staff at a more prestigious facility. Staff Kelly and Jennifer unprofessional attitudes.

Disregarded any problems I had and refused to help in any fashion. Charged me 100$ for 5 minutes. Sumer Lal DOES NOT CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS.

I had resigned myself to ending up in a wheel chair in a couple of years. After surgery by Dr Lal 5 weeks ago I am walking about 3 miles a day. Thank God for a Doctor like him. I was told by numerous people that he was the best back man around and I agree.

I suffered with SI back pain for 8 years. Dr. Lal performed Ifuse minimally invasive surgery and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He is very knowledgeable very compassionate and has great empthay for his patients. Would highly recommend Dr. Lal.

Dr. Lal is a true perfectionist in surgical and patient care He has such an incredible amount of knowledge in neurology giving the patient much understanding and confidence in his abilities pre and post operation. I am most grateful and blessed to have the opportunity for this remarkable doctor to give me the surgical procedure necessary allowing me to walk again.💜

Dr. Lal performed an ACDF C567 on me 18 years ago. I required two revision surgeries to try and repair his mistakes.

very knowledgeable about problems. The first time I went the nurse practitioner did the exam and then Dr. Lal came in and talked to me. Stood at the other side of the room and didnt seem to want to get close to me. Have very bad back problems sciatica and not able to get relief. They set up pain shots in my back it helped with the pain but still have a lot of trouble walking up stairs and have fallen several times. The last time I saw him he said he didnt need to see me again.
