List of Triangle Visions Optometry's Reviews
We will not be going back here. I will not tolerate paying a 3% fee to use my card when I’m paying over $200 worth in there practice.
New location and overall improved patient visit. We were seen very promptly. The Dr and staff were very good at explaining everything. Good selection on frames and glasses were ready in a little over a week. I appreciate the covid protocol they have in place also.
3 words. DON’T GO HERE. They insist that I owe $$ due to their inability to file insurance claims correctly. They make a simple process of an eye exam and ordering contacts a complex situation. They do not care about customer service.
This place is a joke. I'd give it a 0. My insurance covers contacts exams and contacts. I got exam, but Triangle Vision did not follow the policies set forth by my insurance company. Now Triangle states I owe them money, even though I'm 100% positive my insurance company covers the exam. They do not care about customer service. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ENJOY BEING JERKED AROUND.
They did a wonderful job, starting as I soon enter until I left. They made feel so comfortable being we just moved here. From Dr. Nash, Ms. Karen, and the young ladies up front. Will be my place for eye exams and glasses.
I can't speak for the service or staff, as my wife was the patient. But I can tell you to save a fortune and go to MyEyeDr instead. Now we know why our usual place was booked out for months, and this place got her right in for an exam. What a ripoff! I'm disgusted.
I scheduled an appointment for 4:00pm. I got an email confirmation that said my appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 4:15pm. I also got a confirmation call a few days before the appointment and the woman also said 4:15 so I thought ok maybe I booked it for 4:15. I show up at 4:20 and was told unfortunately my appointment was at 4 and I couldn’t be seen. I told the front desk employee that I had an email and phone confirmation that said 4:15pm. Apparently the doctor was running behind schedule and I wasn’t going to be able to be seen. I had to get childcare in order for me to make this appointment and now have to find a new office and time to go since this place can’t figure a simple schedule conflict they created.
Love the way they do the eye test and takes time to explain everything
Lexington Location: Both eye doctors were great. Dr. Gesford was wonderful with my children. The office staff not so much. The manager especially would not even let my son get his glasses adjusted without a mask. Both of my kids had previously been in without a mask to get their exam. They have collectively lost their minds over this virus when you discriminate and treat a 12 year old boy like a leper because he cannot wear a mask. The office manager and staff were super rude over this issue. I had to call their corporate office and still the issue was not resolved to my liking. I was going to try them again because my kids liked the doctor so much, but they no longer accept our insurance so I am left to find a new eye doctor anyway. Meant to be I guess! I do not recommend these people as a whole. The Thomasville location was not much better when we tried to get his glasses adjusted a second time because the Lexington office didn't do it right the first time.
The office staff was friendly, no wait time. Dr Nash was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
