Been trying to request chart notes to be faxed since last Thursday for a prescription Walker that is most definitely needed. The pharmacy has also requested them 4 times since and they have yet to be faxed so the prescription can be filled. Furthermore I cant get anyone on the phone at the dr. Office and they have yet to call back either. It is now wed the following week. The phone says I'm zero in the que and I still get sent to nvm.

I’ve been going to see Dr.Hester since I was about 4 and I’m going on 18 now. The staff is always super friendly and they listen.

My parents have been sick for almost a month and we are waiting on test results for two weeks. No medicine has been given and you can’t get anyone to call back or find out why the test results are not complete.

Dr Hester has been my wife's and my family doctor for many years. During the entire time we have been nothing but very happy with his medical care and advice.

Dr. Hester and one of the nurses in the office (the only one I have ever had the pleasure of seeing) have always been courteous, kind and efficient. No excess small talk and/or awkward silences. They do their job, ask appropriate questions and do not waste my time. However, the staff in the office has placed me in 2 very difficult situations with work as they have been inconsiderate of my time. One time they forgot to enter my appointment into the system causing me to lose over an hour of work time, and the other (today in fact), the front desk elderly woman forgot to mention I was present to the lab technician which caused a delay of 45 minutes. There was no apology given in either case...only excuses and snide looks. Unfortunately, with a staff like this, it is hard for me to recommend this medical office to anyone. I am waiting for my lab results, and hope not to receive an ungracious and rude call due to this review on my results. However, regardless, I doubt I will every return to this office.
