After years of suffering from several illnesses, Dr Chappell took the bull by the horns and sent me to the specialists that I needed to see. It took seeing him to care enough to listen. I had been seen by internist prior. These problems have existed for over 30 years. Thank you for your care and understanding.

Dr. Chappell is one of the most conscientious doctors I have ever had. His attention to detail and his concern for my health overall is first class. However....the office staff (out of his control) sucks. Every year it takes me 2-3 months to get my drug plan approved and 2-3 calls or MyChart entries to get my medications to the drug store. Getting information to/from him is worse than a root canal.

Dr. Chappell has been the family doctor for all of my family since Dr. Stoudermyer left that practice years ago. He has always been very good about listening to what is going on. He is thorough and will refer to specialists if unable to make a diagnosis he is sure of. He's compassionate and caring. He does everything he can to find out what the problem could be and will treat accordingly. I would most definitely recommend as a primary care physician to anyone who needs a family doctor.

I love going there and I see nothing to warrant a negative review! There are some people no matter how hard you try you can't please them! My whole family goes there. The staff are wonderful and as far as the office it's fine! Very satisfied!!!!

Dr. Chappell dismissed me under false terms and when I went to explain it to him, he would not even see me. He has caused me to lose all of my medication and he doesn't seem to care.
