From the front desk, to Dr. Lonergan and his team, my experiences at Steadman Hawkins has always been top notch. I like Dr. Lonergan's approach to patient care because he doesn't try to shove surgery down your throat at every opportunity. He provides facts about the risks, walks you thought the procedure and basically treats you like a person instead of a number. The nurses and other team members are kind, and always make me feel at ease. I really appreciate this kind of treatment because most of the time when dealing with medical issues the stress level is through the roof from worrying. I highly recommend Dr. Lonergan and his team. Cheers!

Christopher Richards is the BEST. Just wanted to say that. A+. He is personable, hospitable, friendly, welcoming, helpful, always smiling. Such a pleasant experience every time I go. My husband goes there too, and we both love him. I have been there multiple times so I know I didn't just catch him on a good day. He is just a delightful person. :)

Dr. Brayton Shirley has, over time, replaced both of my hips. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I received.Before seeing Dr. Shirley at Steadman-Hawkins Clinic, I spent 22 years trying to get answers for the pain that I was experiencing in my hip. I went through neurologists, orthopedist and pain clinics all to no avail. In one appointment with Doctor Shirley, he was able to pinpoint the problem and begin a plan of action. Today, I am no longer dependent on my motorized wheelchair. I actually was able to run a little bit last week.

HORRRRRRRIBLE!!!!!!! I went in 2 wks ago because I have been having some lower back pain. Dr had not even come into the room to talk to me and they shuffled me off for an X-ray. 3 to be exact! NEVER asked if I was pregnant and never even had me sign anything. The technician was abrupt and dismissive when I asked her questions about the X-ray. Doc finally came in and I told her my concern. She apologized by saying "so sorry but those aren't our normal technicians"Are you kidding me!!!!!??? Who cares if they aren't your normal technicians they are working in YOUR OFFICE with YOUR patients. So incredibly turned off. I'll never go back there!
