At least i was let into the building today. Not allowed in the exam room, but progress.
I've been in the Greenville unit several times for pneumonia, but now I'm rethinking things because I was supposed to have surgery. Now, because of what seems to be bad problems in the Greer unit, I will use the other one in Greer because they were always so nice with none of the problems others have been having. Still, if you're having a baby, Greer seems to be good.
My wife just arrived by ambulance with extreme abdominal and chest pain and they put her in the lobby.
You come to the ER hoping to find relief .I have been here since 11:00am its now 3:45pmAnd I have yet to get any relief.I use to think this was the greatest hospital!!!Boy has it went down hill
There for an MRI today. Persons involved didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Will go somewhere else the next MRI.
Child with head injury, 3+ hour wait times, may people left with worse injuries then us, eventually left to go to a diffrent hospital. No triage, it's literally a nurse handling the minor, things in the lobby. Fixes a third of the time
Brought my 1 year old son here to this hospital (my first time going) he was extremely sick and has a weak immune system I expressed concerns to Doctor Gray who stated that he didn’t see any reason for my child to be admitted he also told me he didn’t see any infections in his ear and no reason to send any antibiotics he then proceeded to send in his resident who told me to rotate between Tylenol and Motrin’s. I left disappointed where I then took my child to his pediatrician where he indeed had a really bad ear infection upper respiratory infection that could’ve gone really bad as they say. I do not recommend residents or Doctor gray in treating any child.
I have been here several times with recurrent diverticulitis. Very painful and you feel awful with it. They always treat me well and never make me feel bad for coming in. Danaea was the best nurse ever on my last visit. No IV issues, which I usually have. She was super caring and I loved having her as my nurse. I also saw a physician's assistant named Ryan Alonso. He was super personable and had a great bedside manner. They got my tests out of the way quickly and helped get the pain under control. I would highly recommend this place. My only suggestion is to go during the day and not during the night shift. I gave 4 stars only because I had issues with the night shift once.
Nurse rammed my injured foot into the wall when getting my vitals, and she didn't notice even my exhalation of pain. Outside of that things were pretty good, minor irritation at trivial inconveniences. My experience did get better as it went along. The nursing staff and radiology were super nice. Got me in and out as expediently as possibly in an ER with the extra cleaning times and such.
I delivered our daughter at this hospital a few months ago and I have nothing but great things to say about the facilities and the staff. All the nurses were very attentive to whatever we needed. 2 months later I had to return to have a procedure done for post delivery complications and I still received the same care that I experienced the first time. From registration, to the lab technician and the pre/post op nurses— they were by far some of the best I’ve experienced. Dr Wright at Greer OBGyn is a wonderful, caring physician and I knew I was in good hands. Thank you so much!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
