Hi! I don’t recommend this place at all! They don’t other to return phone calls at all my fiancé is recovery addict went there to get help for detox. Okay I was trying to get hold of them to see how he was and they were like we need patient id number! Okay how hard is it to find someone with one simple last name! Also my fiancé has been trying to get back to work! This doctor will not return his phone call at all!!!!! More he try to call and the more this doctor won’t return it more days we loose for him to go back to work! So I wouldn’t waste your time going there. Cause they don’t care at all!!! They bill my fiancé $1,308! They say if he has insurance they will cover it nope they’d didn’t do anything! All they want is your money!!! They don’t care at all! So don’t waste your time at all people!
You have no idea how much I miss it there. The food was iffy but the nurses and fellow patients were incredible during my stay. Nurse Sally had to be my favorite. Keep doing well, I miss you guys!-edit: been here inpatient 4 times now. Adolescent Inpatient is great. outpatient sucks so bad though.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Whatever you do, do NOT take your child to this place. My child was there for 6 days after she had suicidal thoughts. In those 6 days, I spoke to a nurse twice, just about her medications. That's it. Nobody bothered to call me and tell me how my 14 yo daughter was doing. Calls were not returned. If you care about your loved ones, take them somewhere else.
nurses are rude and don't really care about their patients
Horrible experience! Facility is dirty. Doctors are average but most of the nurses talk down to you. Staff yells "LINE UP" for meals and "MEDS" when it's time for medication. I was treated as if I'm worthless and I witnessed others being treated just as terrible. I certainly felt worse after I was discharged. Humiliation is a terrible feeling. I'm still traumatized over this place!
Wonderful place with staff that actually cares!!!!
What a terrible experience........
Was a little disappointed they didn’t have taco Tuesday.Other than that, great experience. Staff were very personable and were a great help. Highly recommend.
Edit - I was an adolescent outpatient in in 2014, so keep that in mind as you read my review.Even though I don't have much memory of going to this place.... I do remember that this was the first behavioral Health Center that I actually felt like I've benefited from.I was in an outpatient program, transferred from another facility (involuntary inpatient hospitalization) as part of my agreement for discharge. Being a kid with signs of developing personality psychopathology, it was really difficult for me to understand that there was any issue with my own behavior. I was traumatized, and I had a very low capacity for mentalization. The counselor I met here that changed my life's name was Kim. She was the first therapist I actually enjoyed talking to in my life, I actually became one of her patients whenever I was discharged at her own practice...... I really need to figure out who she is. I requested my medical records and I'm genuinely hoping that I'll get some information and if she still practicing. Even if not, I would like to thank her for saving my life. I would have never gone down the right path of treatment if it weren't for the investment she made into me.Also.The lady that works in the records department is lovely. She made dealing with my record request issues quite bearable. She was too empathic and her voice was too soothing for me to be angry at anyone.
I’ve read various reviews here when I decided to leave one of my own. I too were a patient here in and out patient due to PTSD. I must say hands down this were one of the best that could’ve happened. Given the support and tools needed to deal and overcome obstacles of what was and what will be and recognizing those triggers so I can set boundaries. It’s only beneficial to you if you’re only willing to participate and allow them to help you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
