Best doctor in the southern US. You can’t help but like and trust him. Wonderful truly brilliant guy.

Dr. Vega apparently has too many patients to actually take care of them professionally and ethically. He has no time and does not get back to you within a reasonable time frame. I was having major issues and I am consistently put off, and always an excuse. Medications are NEVER filled on time and you would think when you have an appointment he would check to see what refills that are needed, but instead, you are calling the in house pharmacy multiple times to try to obtain your well needed medication. He feels he has over 24 hours to get back to you, whether it is an major issue or not. He only is available at this location on Thursday, so also keep that in mind, as well as he can’t get to his office when he is supposed to be there. Take my advice and find an adequate physician. Dr. Vega take on too many patients and does not have the ability to keep up. His staff is also inadequate. The only response that you can obtain is excuse after excuse.

Would not recommend this place. They are very rude. And Lucy N LaPoint has been extremely rude to my toddler. To myself as well. Even reception has gotten were they are rude half the time. There us only one PA there that is decent. I was lied to and told my toddler would be seeing a pediatrician. He has NOT seen one any time he has been there. Always a nurse practitioner or a PA

Very clean looking well dressed doctor but office is dusty. He likes talking more than the time he spends examining you. Does not follow up with you at all

Calls to their office go to voice mail more times than not with a message that they are assisting other customers. Messages left for them on voice mail go unreturned altogether or unreturned until another day sometimes several days. Office hours are not provided on their voice mail message.
