a family member of mine had surgery here. the preop nurse was amazing. however all of the other nurses were horrible. we heard a women screaming and crying. no one answered her for hours until we said something to a different nurse. my family member kept calling for help from nurses as well and no one ever came. incompetent nurses.

Great bedside manner from all of the staff and Nurses. Took the time to talk to me. They were very compassionate with what I was going through.they did there best making me comfortable. I appreciate coastal Carolina hospital

The service has plummeted here. It is worth the extra drive to Savannah St. Joseph Candler. If you have COVID go elsewhere. My family and I will never use this place again.

I was very impressed by the efficiency bedside manner and way with which their various departments worked with everyone from my doctors office insurance company and myself to provide a seamless MRI experience for me in their VERY CLEAN wellappointed facilities. I have already recommended them to friends and family for any necessary testing by their imaging department. I cant attest to their medical facilities but if theyre anything like the folks I had the pleasure to be treated by theyre wonderful too Thank you for making me comfortable and for talking me through the process.

Im writing this to let you know I had an excellent experience. The administration staff nurses and doctor were top notch. They were friendly professional and polite even when the nurses had a hard time hitting my vains and missing...not their fault just have hard vains to hit.

Im only giving it a 2Star because there has been a few extremely nice nurses. Besides that this is a horrible hospital. Ive known more people that go there that dont come back out then do.ER No bedside manner from the Dr’s the few times I needed to go most dont even seem to care. Im speaking of prepandemic.If you can try your best to go to another hospital.

I was here yesterday for issues dealing with a skin infection and when it came time to get my prescription for my pain meds filled i was denied because the genius doctor never signed off my prescription paper So i had to drive all the way back to hospital to get signed off on something that should’ve been taken cared of in the first place If you will make a mistake when it comes to signing off a prescription document why the hell would i let you operate on me?? I wouldn’t even recommend this hospital to my biggest enemy

After a while I was furious I got up and got dressed and told them I was leaving the doctor trying to say she was monitoring if I was having contractions which was a lie because my nurse took it off before she left the room saying Im only 23 weeks so I didnt need it and she didnt communicate that to me if that was true.I LITERALLY hate this hospital I will not be returning to have my baby or in the future I felt very mistreated. I had too many bad experiences with this hospital and this the first time Im saying something. This hospital needs to be shut down

Staff was great. Care was great. BILLING. They do seperate bills for doctor and stay. Youll get the doctor one MONTHS after you go and forget you even went. Be way more convenient for us and probably them too if everything was done at once. That probably makes too much sense and is too easy though. Now the question is do i pay my rent and continue having a place to stay or pay this 3 MONTH LATE BILL?

Worst ER visit EVER I have been accident prone my entire life so I’ve been through a lot of hospital ERs. I had an episode where it wasn’t sure if I passed out and fell or the reverse. While the ambulance staff and the radiology staff were kind I was pretty scared the ER staff was horrible. I will have someone drive me the extra 30 minutes to the next hospital thanks.
