I have left several messages in past 2 weeks requesting a call back from a nurse regarding changing a RX from local phar. to a mail order. The Hville office has yet to answer their phone so I have left a call back request. My mail order phar. has also been trying to reach the office to get the authorization to move the RX. Only glad this is not an emergency!

Dr. Russell is an amazing doctor. She was easy to talk to and got my procedure scheduled right away!! I would recommend her to allllll my friend and family.

I found Dr. Russell to be personable. I felt that she listened to me. She performed a procedure on me. I was satisfied with the outcome. However, the office appears to be run poorly. There have been issues with doctor’s orders not being sent to an imaging center and in a timely manner, the office staff can’t answer questions about insurance, and most important, test results are not communicated to me in a timely manner(not sure if the fault is with the doctor regarding that aspect, but a had to leave a few messages, and one staff member didn’t seem to know that I had called.)

Very inexperienced. She admitted she had never treated my (serious but relatively common) condition before. Did not know where to refer me for tests. Never followed up to see if I received tests. Poor communication with other doctors in my network. For anyone with a condition like mine that if treated improperly could have harsh consequences, would recommend other alternatives.

Dr. Russell was excellent! She took her time explaining everything carefully to me regarding my issues. She is very easy to talk to and really helped me understand my diagnosis.

1) they would not give me a physical prescription, they stated they would call it in prior to my wife’s procedure. When we got to the pharmacy they had not called it in. Had to wait 1.5 hrs 2) the following day we went to the hospital for the procedure only to find out that they did not schedule the procedure with the hospital. Had to spend 30 mins on the phone and wait an additional hour. 3) I have reached out to the management team numerous times and left messages, I have not heard back from them. They will gladly accept your money and demand that you be on time. However when they make mistakes (apparently often, as one nurse told me this has been the case several times with this company) they will just ignore you and expect you to move on. Do not trust them!!!
