Receptionist for Jesse west is RUDE, and unprofessional. Wait time is multiple hours past appointment time. Contacting a nurse or doctor is IMPOSSIBLE. And getting an appointment is impossible.

I’m way past this office. When we set an appointment, we are expected to be on time, have all the necessary paperwork and payment, the least they could do was make sure they send the prescriptions to the pharmacy or give you a hard copy. At no time should a patient have to go back to the office because they don’t do their job! Our time is important also
