Don't go here if you are in pain. I've been sick for a month and been in severe pain. I went today as a walk in for the 4th time in a couple weeks. I've never asked for pain medicine before but I was hurting so bad today I asked. First my doctor was to busy to see me. But I got to see the nurse. Finally I was able to get a Tordol shot. I asked the nurse if my doctor was going to call anything in for me. He didn't know but said they would call me if she did. Well no pain medicine, I also needed Phenergan because the Zofran she gave me doesn't help. I didn't get that either. So I'm sitting here hurting as I write this review m I used to be an RN and I have never worked anywhere that would let people suffer like this. The excuse I was given was that my doctor had sent me to a specialist and my doctor couldn't help me . I'm giving 2 stars because I see Elizabeth Brown who is excellent. Also the staff is very nice and friendly.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I can not thank ya'll enough! Ya'll went above and beyond. Ya'll did not have to but ya'll did because ya'll cared. Thank you for taking my aunt at 3 minutes until closing time to give her the infusion. It put ya'll late getting home to your families to take care of mine. Thank You agan!! If there were a 10 star button. I would give it.

Receptionist for Jesse west is RUDE, and unprofessional. Wait time is multiple hours past appointment time. Contacting a nurse or doctor is IMPOSSIBLE. And getting an appointment is impossible.

If I could give 0 I would both smith and lynch decided to off me on my meds after 5yrs of usage now they quit me cold turkey w no help w withdraws they up and abandoned me w no help w withdrawals and let me go w out discussing anything w me so if was u don't go tell get u hooked on pills then rip them away cold turkey w no help good luck going here moving forward

third time having an appointment only to arrive and be told doctor isn't there. very sad excuse of a doctors office. three strikes and you're out going to have to find a better place for medical attention.

I've been with Caresouth since 1994 wouldn't trust my health with any other.Im still alive and healthy if something goes wrong best believe they are going to find the problem and fix it to the best of there ability
