Receptionist for Jesse west is RUDE and unprofessional. Wait time is multiple hours past appointment time. Contacting a nurse or doctor is IMPOSSIBLE. And getting an appointment is impossible.

My family moved down to Mullins SC in June of 2019. We have a 2 year old and I was pregnant at the time. I had my daughter in October 2019 and someone had recommended Care South in Dillion SC. I WILL NEVERRRRRRR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My daughter is just about 3 months and has still only been seen since she was 1 week old and the only reason she was seen was because she had thrush. When the doctor told us to make an appointment for a month out we went to the front desk but they said they do not make appointments that far in advance ... A MONTH?? Really?? Unbelievable. They told us to call them back in 3 weeks to make an appointment which we did. We showed up to the appointment which I called the day before to confirm and NO PROVIDER WAS THERE My daughter was about 1 and a half months at this point. They said someone in their office had COVID so they shut down but didn’t bother calling to tell us so we packed up our car and drove there. It took me calling 3 people to get the doctor to call me to explain they closed. The doctor told me they wouldn’t be open again until December 16th. We called and made an appointment for January 13th 2020. I called this morning at 11am to confirm the appointment and it was confirmed. We packed up the car again and drove 25 minutes got there for them to tell us yet again there was no provider there. I am BEYOND fed up with the unprofessionalism of this place. I will make sure everyone is aware of it so this doesn’t happen to another family.

I’m way past this office. When we set an appointment we are expected to be on time have all the necessary paperwork and payment the least they could do was make sure they send the prescriptions to the pharmacy or give you a hard copy. At no time should a patient have to go back to the office because they don’t do their job Our time is important also
