We are thrilled to have found Dr Ropp; and right here in Hartsville! We recently moved to SC. He really listens to you and doesn't rush through the appointment. He has a great 'bedside manner' while maintaining professionalism. I look forward to growing old with him as my physician. Plus, everyone on staff is professional and very helpful and friendly.

Dr Ropp is five stars. His staff is a -4 horrible and unresponsive. Tried getting a prescription filled for three days and no call back. After playing with voice system got a rude person. Finally hung up. I will change doctors. Sad because he is great but I won’t deal with that staff.

I thought it went well but we discussed a medication pput me back on. But it wasn't sent to pharmacy I've called his office FOR OVER A WEEK CANT EVEN GET A RETURN PHONE CALL. EVEN AFTER ME LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES. VERY unprofessional & disappointing.

Dr. Ropp is a wonderful Doctor!! He cares and really listens. However his staff is horrible. What happened to the staff he had when he first came on Carolina? I always recommend Dr Ropp I just wish he get a better staff! Don't even want to tell my story with the staff.

I personally would "NEVER" go here. This Doctor denies sick children good medicine that could help them and instead would prefer to prescribe deadly chemical substances because they've been approved by a certain three letter agency. An agency that has allowed (proven) deadly substances to come to market for decades all for profit. This doctor has stated that prescribing cannabis without research (that has been done) would break his hippocratic oath of "do no harm". The drugs (not medicine) that you prescribe all have been proven to do harm. Just watch any drug commercial and wait for the list at the end which tells you about 25% of the side effects. Because that's all they're required to list per that same aforementioned three letter agency. I personally would "NEVER" go here.
