My Mom is a 90 yr. old patient of Dr. Powell. I am her daughter who takes her to her visits with him. Dr. Powell is WONDERFUL! He is patient, kind, and caring. He answers any questions or concerns she or I may have, and problem solves if needed. He always treats both of us with respect. I would highly recommend Dr. Powell to others!!

I love the fact he puts his heart into each one of his patients, you feel and see how much he cares. He listens and makes sure he checks everything thoroughly to give you the best options and the best resources available for what is going on with you. He will send you to specialist for help as well, he is kind and very respectful. I would so recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who isnt in a rush and gives everyone the right amount of time to fully understand all their system.

The secretary for this office refused to answer my questions about the patient screening process. I was unable to be accepted as a new patient because she disconnected the call after I inquired about what criteria I needed to possess in order to become a new patient.

I was referred to Dr. Powell for a car accident injury.. I had an AWFUL experience from his office staff from DAY ONE!!! If you want RUDE then you are looking in the right direction. If you can get past them, then Dr. Powell is not too bad. I've seen better Doctors and definitely way better office staff! I personally would not give my recommendation.
